The hotel was fabulous and comfortable with a perfect location close to the old town, main touristic attractions, and Praca do Comercio. Neat, modern rooms equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. - the bed was extremely comfy and the service was great.

The hotel had a perfect location at the crossroads. The staff were amazingly nice and exceptional. The atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff. There were very comfy beds and central heating in the suite. Ph Downtown Suites in Lisbon is superb! The location is perfect, and the staff are extremely friendly and exceptional. Great value for money, spacious and beautifully decorated room with a balcony. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were really nice too assist with arranging airport transportation and storing our luggage.
The food for breakfast could be improved to avoid the morning chaos.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with great connections to public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.
The noise from the street could be quite bothersome at times, but that seems to be common in city centers. the breakfast area was a bit small and could get crowded when more than a few people were there.

Quiet and convenient location! At first, the suite didn't look great in the photos, but it turned out to be really peaceful. Plus, it's close to a nice public square, which is cool. 🏙️

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of downtown and close to all city attractions. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with some even having balconies. the breakfast offered is continental and enjoyable.
The noise from the street can be bothersome if the windows are open and the air conditioning does not always function properly.
